Once your shipment is received, Trulyherbal.com will initiate the refund process with Herbalife. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Important Note: The Herbalife warehouse charges a non-refundable shipping and handling fee on every order. To keep costs low for our customers, Trulyherbal.com waives Herbalife's package & handling fee and offers free or discounted shipping. To continue our low product pricing and discounts, the actual shipping cost and package & handling fee will not be credited. For example, if your order total was $100 (with free shipping & handling), we will credit back $100 less the shipping & handling fee Herbalife charged us on this order. On a typical $100 order (retail value = $125), the actual shipping cost may be $8 (for ground shipping) and the package & handling fee may be $8.75 (7% of retail value). In this case, your refund will be $100 - $8 - $8.75 = $83.25. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs paid to return an item are non-refundable.
